The driver showed up late, and honestly... they were rude once they arrived. Not the kind of experience I was hoping for

I thought the food was tasty overall, and the prices felt reasonable for what I got. Nothing over-the-top fancy, but in my opinion it hit the spot and felt like a fair deal

My food showed up hot, clean, and looking great, which instantly made me feel good about ordering from here. It’s such a relief when everything arrives fresh and handled properly, felt like they treated my meal with VIP-level care.

I ordered from New York Pizza and it was okay overall. Nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. I was hoping to find some lighter or more diet-friendly options, and there were a few, but not as many as I expected, if that makes sense.

The veggie options were decent, but I do wish the vegan and gluten-free details were easier to find. If you’re just ordering regular pizza, it’s probably straightforward, but if you have food limits or need to double-check ingredients, it takes a bit more effort. I’d give it 3 stars

I probably wouldn’t order again unless they figure out how to keep the food hot during delivery...

I signed up mainly because of the loyalty points, thought it would be a nice little perk since I order pizza sometimes. But it’s been kinda underwhelming so far.
The points don’t show up right away, and the rewards you get back feel small for how much you gotta spend. I even had one order where my points never came in, and support took awhile to get back to me.
The pizza itself was alright, not bad or anything, but the whole rewards thing doesn’t really make me wanna keep ordering through the site. Just feels like more hassle then it’s worth.

I’ve tried a few different branches it’s been pretty much the same each time. The pizza usually shows up hot, delivery is generally fine, and the taste doesn’t really change much from place to place. I really wanted to like this pizza, especially because I was starving and had just gotten home with a soda and some paper plates ready to go, but it just didn’t do much for me. The sauce tasted flat, like it needed more seasoning or something, and the cheese didn’t have much flavor either.

I had an issue with my order i was already feeling mentally drained, so dealing with it was the last thing I wanted. But their support team got back to me, apologized, and sent out the missing item with updated tracking. It took a little stress off my shoulders, and I’m happy with how it ended.

Everything I ordered was in the bag, and the pizzas had exactly the right toppings. No missing sides, no mix-ups, just a smooth and happy experience. It was simple, but really nice!
